Visual Inspection

Visual Inspection is performed to ensure aesthetic perfection and detect all surface defects.Method: Inspectors with a visual acuity of ≥1.0 and no eye diseases examine each bottle for 3–5 seconds under natural or standardized lighting, held at a distance of 40–50 cm. Detected defects include scratches, air bubbles, nicks, or color deviations.
