55ml Black Gradient Glass Perfume Bottle with and Tube Box

This 55ml flacon stands 114 mm from the base to the top of the fitted cap and measures 45 mm across the body. Both figures come from the size drawing, which states the capacity as 55ml, and the height is measured with the closure in place, so it already includes the cap. The same design is also made in 30ml and 100ml, so one mould family covers three sizes.

The body is a straight cylinder finished in a black gradient: the upper part of the wall is opaque black and the lower part clears, so the colour drains downwards and the liquid line shows through just above the base. That cleared zone is what makes the base readable, because the bottom of the bottle carries a radial fluted pattern moulded into the glass. The flutes fan out from the centre of the base and are seen through the clear wall above them, so the inside of the bottle becomes part of the design rather than something hidden by an opaque coating. A rounded shoulder closes the cylinder into a short neck.

The closure is a high-gloss black spherical cap seated on a gold collar. The structure drawing separates the assembly into sprayer, glass body and plastic cap and lists the bottle as applied to the packaging of perfume; the customisation drawing states that the cap can be changed – this batch shows the same body with a full sphere and with a flattened sphere. The bottle ships in the matte black cylindrical tube box shown here, which carries its label as a wrap-around band. Glass containers start at MOQ 5000 pcs with custom samples available.

The gradient is the part that has to be planned first: the base pattern is only visible where the wall is left clear, so the height at which the colour stops decides how much of the fluted base shows.

FAQ

Q1: What are the dimensions and the capacity of this 55ml perfume bottle?

The size drawing gives two figures: 114 mm overall height and 45 mm across the body. The height is measured from the base to the top of the fitted cap, so it already includes the closure, and the capacity is stated on the same drawing as 55ml. The body is a straight cylinder, so the 45 mm width also describes how far the bottle projects front to back, which makes it the figure to work from when sizing an insert or an outer carton. The same design is also made in 30ml and 100ml.

The upper part of the wall is coated opaque black and the coating clears towards the base, so the colour drains downwards instead of stopping on a hard line. That is what lets the liquid line show through just above the base. The clearing point can be set to your own drawing, and the body can instead be colour coated in a solid shade, tinted, mirror electroplated, gradient sprayed, frosted or left plain clear.

The base carries a radial fluted pattern moulded into the glass. The flutes fan out from the centre of the base and are seen through the clear lower wall, so the inside of the bottle becomes part of the design rather than being hidden by an opaque coating. When the bottle stands on a dark surface the pattern reads as a raised starburst at the foot of the bottle. If the lower wall is coated over instead of left clear, the flutes stop being visible.

The closure is a high-gloss black spherical cap seated on a gold collar. The structure drawing lists the sprayer, the glass body and the cap as separate parts and labels the cap as a plastic cap, and the customisation drawing states that the cap can be changed. This batch shows the same body with a full sphere and with a flattened sphere, so the cap can be ordered in more than one profile or finish within a single project while the body mould stays the same.

MOQ is 3000 pcs for glass containers, with custom samples available before mass production. The bottle ships in the matte black cylindrical tube box shown here, which carries its label as a wrap-around band, and the tube holds a single bottle without a foam insert. The service covers silk screen printing and hot stamping in gold or silver foil on the body, and the label band or box can carry the logo instead. The drawing notes the bottle as applied to the packaging of perfume.
